    Opinions?

Interested in hearing your thoughts on the CZ 2075 Rami in 9mm. Primary use would be fun at the range, might serve as concealed carry from time to time as well.

    It's too late, it's over.

CZ's are all supposed to be nice guns, good values. But as a CCW, I'd think you could find much slimmer / trimmer pistols in that caliber.

I have handled one. Not shot it. I've heard the recoil is substantial compared to a CZ75, but it is tiny in comparison. It is on the safe list so you should be able to get it.

IIRC, it's a cut down version of the discontinued CZ 40b model which originally started out as a joint venture with Colt in the late '90s to produce a CZ with 1911 characteristics.

You can learn more at the CZ forum:

I'd consider it too small for a fun range gun, unless you've got other full-size 9mms. I prefer a full-size CZ75 for range shooting over any of my compact 9mms.

For CCW, that's a pretty personal choice. It would be too heavy for many people (including me, and my main HD guns are CZ75Bs), but other people are good with compact guns in that size range.
