    HK VP9

With the SSE exemption going away in a few months I'm thinking about getting an additional pistol. I currently have a Glock 21 and a 26. I was thinking about getting a Glock 17 or 19 as well. That said the VP9 looks like a good candidate as well . I'm not sure if it would be worth the extra money and unfortunately I can't rent one to try it out. I wanted to see if anyone here has had personal experience with both and could shed some on the subject.

I just bought one and I have to tell u this. hands down the vp9. the barrels are rated more accurate. the grip is hands down the vp9. and out of the box the vp9 trigger is better. I like the rear charging of the vp9 as well. the vp9 is an exceptional new design by hk. my advice pick one up if you can. you will be happy. I liked it so much I just bought another.

Seems like a no brainer get the VP9 or for a bit less $ and better availability a Walther PPQ.

                I have a VP9 in jail....loved its feel.

That being said, my modified Glock 20 is still my favorite. HK would have to come out with a VP10 for me to abandon my G20.

I'm sure the VP45 will be out when most of us can't have them in California.

I have 4 glocks, 5 M&Ps, (I love them), Steyr, CZ, PPQ, etc and have inventory every gun for my son.

                        I noted DO NOT SALE:
                        Les Baer TRS
                        Les Baer Monolith 9mm
                        custom competition CZ SP-01
                        S&W Model 41
                        Springfield Warren Tactical 9mm
                        HK VP9

it's the only polymer gun on the list.

A lefty loving the VP9 BUT.....you already have a G26 right? Might as well get a G19 then. Mainly because the G19 mag will work in the 26. Also same action and trigger.

If that does not interest you then I would shoot (pardon the Phun) for the VP9.

Just buy the VP9. If you end up not liking it, you can always sell it. Wait till SSE is banned and you should easily recoup what you spent.
