What would be your choice?

If you have a SA XD, SigP226, Beretta 92f and want to get into IDPA or something. what would you prefer to use?

The XD because of the consistent trigger pull.

My choice would definitely be a P226. Nice, smooth, and accurate trigger pull, very accurate and very reliable.

It is my duty weapon and I can easily say that I trust my life with it. Hands down.

I have fired all three (not in competition) and I like the XD the most, then Sig and last the 92f.

See if you can find a range that rents all three and then you could be the judge.

I shot a sig and 92 this weekend at the turners deal, i own an XD.

The 92 is pretty damn nice. I prefer the XD for carry and shooting. I don't care for the sig much.

I would go with the XD.

When I took an Practical Shooting Class with Bruce Gray, I learned how to effectively transition from DA to SA. With that in mind, I wouldn't hesitate on using any of the three pistols listed.

Personally, I do most of my dry-fire practice with SIGs, so I tend to shoot them better. I would choose the P226, but that's just my preference.

I would go for a P226, personally i dont care much for XD's

I'd figure out which one I shot most accurately and intuitively with the least amount of aiming time, and use that one.

I've got an assortment of guns that are accurate enough, but there are a few that point instinctively for me, and I can get more shots on target faster than with the others.
