pistol slide refinishing

Does anyone know of local gunsmiths in the bay area that refinishes the slides? one of my older pistols developed some sort of deep surface rust and i wanted to either get it cerakoted or gunkoted.

Any recommendations on local gunsmiths would be highly appreciated and if you happen to know roughly how much it is that would be great too!

Not a local outfit, but they do excellent work. They are used by many of the big name custom gunsmiths. Give they a call, or check out their website. Shippiing a slide of ever an entire gun is not an issue.
