HK VP9 ACCESSORIES

I've been fortunate enough to get my hands on a VP9! Anybody have any luck finding holsters, mags, etc? I know they use P30 mags, but can't seem to find 10 rounders for less than 70 friggen bucks! Any other avenues for mags, holster options, oh & tac light preferences on this pistol..

I think it's just because it's new so all the folks that make accessories haven't caught up yet. That is a nice holster too. Maybe a call to HK and ask them.

As soon as mines out of jail, I'm headed to Tex Shoemakers to see what he can come up with. My understanding is that it hits P30 holsters as well.

I don't know about socal (I think that's where you're at according to your location profile), but local ffls up in norcal don't charge $70. That seems a bit high for p30s. Elite Arms in Manteca had them for about $50ish (I don't remember the exact price, it's been a few).

Holsters: depends on accessories and type of holster you want. I have 2 vp9s, both outfitted with streamlight-tlr2s. KT-Mech makes some good custom kydex holsters. (www.kt-mech.com). Email them with what specs you want and they'll work you with you. Those guys are awesome.

Or if you're into leather, a galco belt holster will do the trick as well.

Wow! I just refreshed that HK SPECIALTIES page just to see how many mags are left, last night there was 16, now there's 1 left!

Actually, I placed an order for 2 last night and there were 18 before my order. Pretty sure this thread led to 17 mag purchases.
