Glock 26 mag issue?

So I recently acquired a Glock 26 with two magazines as my very first handgun. While taking it out to the range today I noticed something very weird. I was able to fit 11 rounds total in both my magazines. I know that in CA we have a 10 round mag cap so by using these mags am I doing something illegal?
Both mags say restricted in USA-Post 9.13.94 if that means anything. Thanks everyone!

Not an issue if you had them before 1/1/2000.

Well I just turned 21 so that's obviously impossible. Do I just have a defective mag?

Says Pearce grip 1999. I think its a grip extension because I can get my pinkie on the gun. I googled reviews on the g26 and apparently stock mags you can't put your pinkie on the gun.

its a normal mag (10 round), with a +1 extension
technically, since you readily admit you did not have them before, you should not have them now
but, some will say, you did not purchase them, nor did you conspire with anyone to obtain, an accident really, not much diff than 'finding them, which is not illegal. but, thats NOT legal advise
if it were me, in that situation, I would remove the +1 base plate, get a normal base plate, and have 10 round mags
