As for the most popular player, Ruger LCP, I passed because of the sights, accuracy, and feasibility of lots of range practice. Some don't think those matter in the pocket size. I do.

P938 did it for me. It's the smallest one that does everything well.

The Seecamp .32 is a beautifully made and very reliable "micro" in my experience with them. They are pricey, though.

I really like the reviews of the Ruger LCP, I'm not even in the market for a .380 but I would love having one of those. I think someone has 2 for sale on calguns.

I believe it's the .380 that's still pricey and the .32 can be had for much less. That said, most people claim .32 is too small for self defense. On the other hand, in the Seecamp the .380 is painful to shoot but the .32 is reported not to be that bad. If you want a very tiny, very fine pistol, Seecamp is a great choice, especially if you don't mind .32

Bonus: IIRC the .32 is on the roster.

I have the kel-tec p3at and it is a great gun. But I'm switching to the Kahr cw380 for my pocket solution as my other two carry guns are both Kahrs as well. For slim, light reliable power it is hard to beat. Used to have the Seacamp but found it to heavy for pocket carry. My wife has the Bersa and it is a great gun. .. but... its wide, heavy and has lots of bits that can get caught. They make a carry version but it is not in the same class for lightweight 380s as the p3at or the lcp.

Ive got a Sterling Arms in 22LR and a Raven in 25ACP -

Both are actually very reliable on CCI ammo -

But my smallest CARRY pistol is the PF9......

I bought an LCP 3 months ago and painted the sights on it. At the range when I was qualifying for my CCW I put small pieces of white tape on the then unpainted sights. I shot extremely well with it at all distances as did another class member who followed my lead by taping his, too. I'm actually thinking of picking up a second one before the SSE dies Jan 2015 so I'll have a spare. At $299 how can you go wrong with such a reliable little firearm.
