    As long as you legally own it in Cali you can sell it in Cali.

      Yes, you can as long its a Face to Face Transaction with no shipping involved.

        If you legally own it, you can legally sell it as long as it is not a RAW. There only thing CA did was require new guns being added to the roster to have a mag disconnect. A rostered gun or a non rostered gun without a mag disconnect is not banned from owning or selling via PPT.

          I'm sure he can still ship it to a FFL that will do a SSE. SSE is still good for a few months.

            Yes, he can do so but I am trying to keep it less complicated.

                  Post a thread in the marketplace and follow the template. Then, when you find a buyer, agree on a FFL, meet there and do the transfer.
