    Stainless Sig P226s

Osage County Guns has "standard" no-LCI stainless P226s for sale. I thought these were taken out of production, in favor of the stainless Elites and the X-Fives?

If only my SSE queue weren't full...

Osage County Guns is one of the largest gun stores in Missouri and one of the largest Sig Sauer dealers in the US!

I have one in .40 and it's by far my favorite handgun. If you have the funds and SSE spot available, I highly recommend getting one. The 9mm has got to feel so soft out of that gun.

Yep, these were discontinued a little while back. Recoil feels almost non-existent on the 9mm, gun is heavier than a full size, all steel 1911 lol.

If I have money to burn, will not hesitate to get this one. I have one in .40 and the recoil is minimal.

Yeah, Sig does that. They discontinue something, then change their mind and make some more anyway.

It's like the factory boss makes the final decisions and sometimes the product advertising group guesses incorrectly as to what the factory boss is going to do.

Heavier than a fully loaded 1911 in .45 acp. I know as I have one. I also have the "black stainless" version .

I would buy it. To bad I just bought a HK VP9 so I have to wait 30 days before my next purchase.

You can buy an SSE gun now inside your 30 day window and just let the FFl keep it until it can be DROS'd.

When SIG took the 226STs out of their catalog, they continued production for CA.

It looks like getting the Elites on the roster made letting the ST models fall acceptable...I wasn't aware that they had fallen off.

Just happy that the 220ST is still available.

The ST models were always cleaner looking and felt better in the hand than the Elite models

I agree, 9mmepiphany. I have an stainless elite and am actually picking up a X-five classic. But the stock 226ST was my first handgun that I had to sell while going through a rough patch earlier this year. I agree that it just looked cleaner without the beavertail and front serrations. Nostalgic for it, I guess.

Here's two I picked up as CPO guns

Here's a cool addition you can't add to the alloy framed models
