    Sig P938... Anyone have/shot one?

Anyone have experience with the sig
Micro p938? Is the quality up to par with Sig? Any malfunctions?

I have the Sig P938 Extreme in 9mm, and I have enjoyed the gun. I'm still bonding with it. I've had no issues. It's accurate for the size. I just need more time with it, since it is just different than a full size polymer...I just got it...so I'm needing more range time. It's going on my CCW...

Awesome pistol. Won't even notice you're wearing it. IMO one of the very best sub compact options on, the market.

have two sig p938 extremes. one has 400 rounds thru her, one has only 150 rounds thru her. only issue was that the grip screws worked its way loose on my first p938 after about 200 rounds. other than that, they've been flawless. as far as shooting, they very accurate for the barrel length, and have surprisingly both low and good recoil characteristics for its size. it keeps every round on a 5.5" target at 20-25 yards offhand, so its quite accurate as long as you do your job.

the only modification i've done (and plan on doing) is sanding down the bottom edge of the trigger, since it was biting into my trigger finger. my first p938 breaks at about 5.5lbs now after 400 rounds. the 2nd p938 still breaks at around 7-lbs, but both started at around the 7.5-8lb range, so they do lighten up after some range time.

i can highly recommend the p938! my only other sig is a 1911 tacops, so im not well versed in sig sauer quality, but i've been impressed with all of my sigs so far.

I have a P938. Only about 200 rounds so far but it's run flawlessly. I agree with the poster above the point on the bottom of the trigger can pinch the finger. I may end up filing the trigger. At this point I just hold the trigger a little higher.

It's surprisingly accurate for a small gun and the recoil is not bad either.

I've put a few hundred rounds through mine and have had no failures of any kind. I even did some rapid fire with hollow points to make sure they'll cycle well, and no issues. Very soft shooting for such a small gun. I didn't experience any of the trigger bite like some have.

I'll have to disagree with the posters above. I had a P938 SAS, ran 4 mags thru it, and sold it after, it wasn't for me. I was planning on adding it to my ccw too. Too small for my hands, heavy trigger, recoil was ok for such a small 9mm. YMMV.

I have one and its a great little gun. I pocket carry mine quite a bit in a DeSantis pocket holster. For a belt paddle holster I had one made locally out of Kydex. Works great.

My gun likes the 147's for accuracy. Thats what I carry in the 938.

oh, forgot to mention that 115gr from wwb, fiocchi, freedom munitions reloads, bulletman reloads, remington umc, federal, and 147gr remington golden sabers have all ran smoothly in my p938's.

                        Great gun.

Weekly topic on CG: "What's the best 380 / pocket gun?" Answer: "SIG 938 or Kahr PM9 in 9mm"

I have a P938SAS that I have carried almost daily for the last 6 months. It's a very good gun.

                          I used to have a PM9. I prefer the 938.

I liked it so much, I bought another. Really like the rubber grips, and surprisingly easy to control for such a small, light gun.

Got the 938 and 238... Really easy to pocket carry IMO.. Feels and is considerably smaller than the shield and XDS..

Maybe I need more trigger time but it's not super easy to shoot accurately with it.. I dont have a ton of experience with small pocket pistols but not so easy to shoot accurately... Very reliable though..
