Yes. The FFL has to send them paperwork showing that they can accept high cap mags. I don't know what it's called.

I also get my SP-01 out of jail next week. If not I jump on one of their Sp-01. They are about $50 less than I paid for mine.

They will ship mags if you provied them with a High cap Mag Permit. But they did request that I fax it to them. Small shop, good people though.
