Wrong eye color on DROS paperwork... Problem?

I dros'd something on Friday and noticed later that they put my eye color as blue. I don't know if there are many blue eyed Koreans out there but I'm definitely not one of them.

Could this be a problem? Should I call them?

My FFL got my birthday wrong and I called him to tell him. He called the DOJ and they told him not to worry about it and that minor typos don't matter.

So if they don't care about the birthday being wrong they probably won't care about eye color.

      Cool, thanks!
I was starting to worry I'd show up and be told it got rejected.

happened to a friend of mine...

and in this state, unfortunately they do surgically remove your eye balls but they give you some plastic ones that match the right color on the paperwork.
you don't have to keep them in your head as long as you have them in a box next to your gun when they check your paperwork ...
        you should be okay,
but I'm not a lawyer so they might arrest you if you don't have your new plastic eyes that correctly on the paperwork / matching color eyes with you at all times.

you know it's for the children...

and it's going to help with crime ...

and paperwork has to be filed correctly ...

        and rules are rules...

one last thing you have to pay for the surgery.. my friend did it with a spoon.

just be thankful that there wasn't a mistake made on the paperwork about your height.

        ;-)

I would get some blue contact lenses just in case...

The LGS just needs to submit a DROS Correction form which can be acquired through the DOJ website. DROS are allowed one correction and can be changed with the form. The form must be faxed and it is also typically mailed to the CA DOJ. There should be no issues if this is done.

I believe a tactical Spork is required.

It has a pistol grip and the spoon has a muzzle break with sharp points. Illegal in CA without a loaded chamber indicator, magazine disconnect, and microstamping.

I had the same issue. The FFL submitted the correction on a seperate form.

                            Not a big deal.
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
                            (thanks to Jeff Cooper)
