Well, their German, gotta be some high quality snap caps or single shot rounds. What the hell are they, bet they are great for bore obstruction training.

        Probably designed for the MP5.

Read the reviews...it's going to ruin you barrel.

          A word of caution...
This ammo is only for use in a K45 with a special training barrel.
In any other barrel, the bakelite will break before the round leaves the barrel, and you'll have a hardened steel BB bouncing around in your barrel!
This leads to peening on rifling in the bore and will RUIN your barrel (Don't believe me? Shoot a few rounds and look...Read More

          It ain't what it seems...
I have cases of this stuff in the original wooden cases. It is NOT German practice ammo, but rather Swedish practice ammo. It NEEDS a special barrel to function and the only original barrel is for a Carl Gustaf M-45, or Swedish "K". It originally comes wrapped in cardboard boxes on 36 round stripper clips and truth be told, The stripper clips were the only reason to even buy this stuff. I had a custom barrel made up for MKE-760 and it worked great, until the 5mm BBs beat the hell out of the first two inches of the bore. Unless you have an original Swedish "K", don't even bother wasting you money. Read Less

          Expected better from Orca
I ordered this ammo almost two weeks ago and it arrived the other day. Now they finally describe it as not working the action of my gun. Where was this description before I ordered a 1,000 rounds? I expected better from Orca.

It states "This ammo may not cycle in most guns. " at the bottem of the listing.

It looked pretty cool for about 10 seconds. 250 rounds for $25.00, its seamed to good to be true.

I don't have experience with the pistol rounds, but I have used the 308 DAG german plastic 10gr ammo out of my 16 inch bolt action and it is a great bullet for local indoor ranges. Those go at 4000fps and have acceptable accuracy at 25 yards for what I intended to use them for which is just cheap and inexpensive rounds for 25 to 50 yard range. Why throw $1 + a round at 25 yards when you can do it just at well at 20 cents.

With that said, unless you a don't mind cycling every shot, I don't think it would really be a good buy. It would be like trying to shoot these 10gr 308 bullets out of a PTR without the specialized bolt or an AR style platform. Now if they made one chambered in 38 special or 357 mag sized, i think they would be a bit more popular.
