Does a PPT done via a FFT require a 10 day waiting period?

Pretty much anything in our lovely state requires 10 day waiting period. The only nice thing about PPT is that you are not limited to one purchase every 30 days like when you purchase from a FFL.

No only is PPT exempt from the "one "new" gun every 30 days rule , but there is no sales tax on a PPT.
