    P226 tacops vs mk25 desert?

Got an option of the two. Which would you pick and why? No, both is not (sadly) an option.

Price difference is less than $50

TacOps plus 1, although you won't enjoy the 20rd capacity here in CA, it has SRT and that nice beavertail.

Assuming its for CA use, why not a Elite Dark or Enhanced Elite?

Before long, I'll be out of Cali. SRT sold it for me. Figured the mk25 would come with it and it doesn't. Thanks for the input

I went with tacops. No regrets except for not being able to use the 4 20-rd mags.

You'll be happy with the Tacops. I've shot my brothers and it's a great gun. I've got the MK25 and really like it but the first thing I did was install the srt. Not difficult to do but does add $50 to the gun right up front.

So, a $39.95 trigger is the only difference?

No its not. You need to research both guns more.

Mk25 does not accept double stack mags, if that matters to you. Mk25 can come in a cali compliant version where as the tacops must be SSE (while there is time).

I thought the MK25 was just another version of the P226?

My P226 accepts the 20 rounders which are double stacked 18 round mags with a +2 extention.
