hk45 vs usp45 side by side

anyone have pictures of these two side by side? i'm scouring and i'm shocked that there's no pictures. either that or i can't find them.

i really want to see the grips side by side, mainly how thick they are compared to each other. maybe how "long" they are too.

i'd asked maybe a month or two, but i asked again right now. you know hkpro is pretty dissapointing when it comes to info and picture resources. i get more hits more times from calguns and obviously from arfcom.

I could have sworn that someone already posted photos, but maybe it was the P30 and the P2000... I but I remember comparison pictures of either the HK45 or the P30 and something else :/

On the HK45 how well does the O-ring do compared to a barrel bushing? I'm knot familiar with this setup.

They serve two totally different purposes. IIRC HK states that the O-ring helps with accuracy. Part of a barrel bushings function on a 1911 is keeping the recoil spring and guide rod assembly inside the gun.

The O-Ring perfectly centers the barrel after every shot which makes the barrel sit in the same place every time.

So essentially "they do the exact same thing, but the barrel bushing on a 1911 also retains the recoil spring cap"

Thanks I know what it does. I just worded my question very poorly. With HK using a O-ring is the reliabilty good.
When O-rings get hot they tend to dry up and crack. I'd hate to have a O-ring failure when my life depended on it.

                        IMO USP is better looking.
