CZ75b slide

There are cz at target master and I fond the slide is different than my old cz75b.

At the muzzle end, I can see the slide rail. Seems like the slide rail is all the way from muzzle to bottom.

My old cz75b has narrow slide width at muzzle end and there is no rail there.

Any idea? If cz change the slide design, does it mean the pistol cannot be renew once it expires?

The 75B that you saw at Target Master was most likely a 40s&w version of the 75B which features rails that run the entire length of the slide whereas the 9mm version doesn't.

Actually the 75B SA is the sane way, even in 9mm.

No idea. I will say however that extra mass makes a noticeable difference.
