Looking for an HK VP9?

What happened to the VP9?

I guess I didn't have time to post on the thread cuz I was getting mine

Where so you get a VP9 in OC for a decent price

My local gun shop is in South County is far from norcal

Went to dros my VP9 and after playing with PPQ M1 I think I made the wrong purchase it didn't feel like a HK or at least what I was expecting. You can prob all tell that I placed it down on the Walther PPQ M1 case from the Blue.

He's obviously an HK expert, he came to a conclusion just by goind to DROs the gun.

I have many VP9s all in my safe except one problem only came out last month so not exactly sure where you get your intel can only dros one every 30 days

To be honest the vp9 was out in june in limited quantities. I may be a few days off but it was pre july.

Also I like my ppqs more but if you felt a vp9 didn't "feel like a hk" what were you expecting?

Picked mine up and shot it today. Just had some cheap blazer brass ammo but it shot very well. I hadn't been shooting since last year so I was a bit rusty but it wasn't the fault of the gun. About 100 rounds into it I was still missing the target (small dot from small shoot and see), but was within about an inch for most of the shots. I seem to shoot it to the left a little but it's probably me and not the sights. The dots are nice and bright compared to the meprolight sights on my USP Expert, so I don't think I am going to change them for range use.

It even shot well for me left handed, although the slide release seemed weird when using my left hand so I just racked it with my right hand. I Intend to replace the backstrap to the less pronounced one and widen the side grips.

I'm considering a PPQ next to have something better to compare it too.
