After extensive side by side comparisons and testings on my Glock 17 vs the VP9 I choose the Glock 17 gave the VP9 to my wife, she loves it. I'm not saying the Glock 17 is a better gun, the Glock 17 is better for ME. I have long skinny fingers and I just prefer full size handguns, 4 1/2 to 5 inch barrels. Glock 17 and 34 are my favorite polymers. VP9 is extremely accurate and has EXCELLENT ergonomics. Trigger is great also, really smooth break and wonderful reset. Definitely worth the purchase. VP9 has replaced my wife's 19.

VP9 is back in stock at the Kentucky Gun Co. This is the standard 15 round model.

Cash price is $589.99 with free shipping (optional insurance for $7.50)

You will not find a cheaper price online and even paying the transfer and SSE fee it will still be about the same as paying MSRP ($719) for one from a LGS inventory.

Nice price. But will they ship with 15rd mags into CA? Also $589 for cash/money order. $608 for payment by CC to clarify.

                  My post states "Cash price".

KGC has always been one of the most CA friendly out of state dealers. I have not however purchased anything from them in 2014. I emailed them asking about shipping the mags to CA. Pretty sure they do not have an issue with it as long as the FFL is licensed to receive them.

Just placed order. Email them back to see if they can switch out the 15 to 10 rounders ... If not, emailed FFL to see if they block to 10. Main thing is pistol.

Read or heard somewhere that HK Germany manufacturing takes a break for month of August...is that true?

From my experience Kygunco wont switch out, they are different items after all and they told me they dont break up new items. but they will ship them to be blocked no problem

It could be, it's very common for Europeans to take time off in August for vacation. I used to work for a company that dealt with the Europeans a lot and in July/August a lot of companies are running a skeleton crew. It wasn't unusual for someone to be out of the office for weeks during summer time.

Just got my order in! Thanks!

I'd rather get one now than gamble in the coming days...

I just got a Glock 19 (with standard capacity) from Kygunco and they will ship no problem as long as your FFL will block them for you.

                              Excellent. Thanks!
