KRISS / Glock 21 Mag Followers: 13rd vs 10rd

Are the followers in a Glock 21 10rnd magazine different than the followers in a Glock 21 13rnd magazine?

I own a KRISS Vector Carbine and I do experience some of the problems others have shared with some failures to feed.

I talked to a KRISS Employee at a gun show and mentioned it to him; the answer he gave me is that the 10rnd mags followers are longer/deeper and thus don't allow for the same tilt towards the end of a magazine feed. My Feed issues do happen towards the last couple rounds of the mag, so ?

What do you guys think?

I can't verify how deep the followers are but they are exactly the same tilt and profile.
