Alien Gear Holster Gun Molds?

Was looking at Alien Gear Holsters and was wondering if anyone knew for sure if their kydex molds are custom fit for each gun?

Trying to add extra shells, it just says 'micro' for Sig P238, Sig P938, and Glock 42.

So not sure if its the 'same micro' or they actually cover all of the nuances for each individual weapon they support.

I have two one for an XDs and one for a G19. The kydex is molded for each gun. Think what you are seeing is for the actual leather backing portion of the holster. I ordered the XDs holster first and after receiving I decided I was gonna add a 19 shell for it. After some research turned out they didn't recommend putting a 19 shell on the XDs leather as the XDs has the "micro" leather cut and the G19 holster comes with the sub compact cut. I just ordered another holster instead given the price. If I was going to do it over again I would have just ordered the larger 19 holster and added the XDs shell to it.

I just ordered the newer composite holster for my soon-to-be pistol. We will see how I like that relative to my existing leather/Kydex for the current CCW pistol.

If I hate it, I''ll just buy the leather backer instead.
