    M57 Yugo

My M57 Tokarev will cycle a round when fired, but the hammer does not stay cocked. When hand cycled the hammer stays back.

Is anyone familiar with this problem, or have a solution?

My google attempts have yielded only suggestions to clean it thoroughly, or maybe try swapping the hammer group with another pistol. I do have a TT33 I can pull the hammer group from for testing.

    Thanks ahead for any advice

    Peter

Peter I can't help myself but at least that type of pistol has that removable hammer group so it shouldn't be too hard if u can find some one in your area.

hopefully someone will see this post. Good luck
