Anyone compared an HK P30 vs HK VP9?

    I have a P30 v1 (light lem consistent 4.5 lb trigger)

Have been searching but haven't found any comparisons yet between the striker fire VP9 and the HK P30 (especially LEM variants which would seem to be closest comparison)

larry vickers did a review awhile back and said that if given the choice, he would pass on the p30 for the vp9. you can probably find his review if you search his name and vp9.

Thanks. Just bought one. No judgment like my own judgment... I'll report back in like September when my backlog of 30 day periods allows me to get my hands on it haha

          I'd consider ditching my HK45 for a VP45

Only time will tell if I will completely transition from my P30LS to the VP9. Once I have some range time, I'll have a better idea.

I'm hoping VP45 gets released before our SSE closes.

Your HK45 is the DA/SA model I'm assuming? Try sending it to Gray Guns and have him convert it to light LEM and ask for a more positive reset. I've got the factory light LEM version and fell in love with it even more once I got used to the reset. HK45 is a friggin' fun to shoot.

I converted my HK45 to light LEM and I like it too. I just think that a striker fired trigger like that on the VP9 would better fit my preferences.
