Intrafamilial Transfer Question - HSC #

My father gave me a pistol and I need to send in the OPLAW form (intrafamilial transfer). I have my CCW and on the form it asks for Handgun Safety Certificate number. Does anyone know what I am supposed to fill in since my CCW covers me here?

X41 = Carry Concealed Weapon Permit Holder [PC 31700(a)(9)]



Penal Code 31700
(a) The following persons, properly identified, are exempted from the handgun safety certificate requirement in subdivision (a) of Section 31615:
(9) Any individual who has a valid concealed weapons permit issued pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 26150) of Division 5.
