CA Shield and LCI

Just out curiosity, am I the only one who actually likes the CA compliant LCI on the Shield?

Before you ban me, or tar and feather me - here is why: I am used to the bar/dot sight system. I can use the 3 -dot, but it takes me just a bit longer to line up the 3 dots.

I find myself not using the rear sights lately, but just indexing the top of the LCI against the very bottom of the round circle of the front sight. So essentially six oclock of the front circle just touches the top of the LCI.

I find I am quicker on target doing that, then using the rear sights.

OK you can ban me now.

Yes Im happy with my off roaster. Nothing to hang up on the holster. Even with that LCI overall a really nice pistol.

I jailed a non-safety model. No manual safety, no mag disconnect. no lock. Aside from the big white warning about being able to fire without a mag, it's looks like my 9C after swimming in the pool. (another lame Seinfeld reference).

Sounds like i-dot sights may be what you need on your handguns.

I prefer the one without...
Shot both side by side and its def in the line of sight.
but other than that its identical (other than the mag disconnect safety)

The mag disc is realy easy to remove from the M&P series
