            Looks like a Sig p229 with a drum magazine. Now if you permantly weld a blocking piece in the magazine, then it might be Cali legal. You know we are all about finding loopoles here at Calguns

                          The guy behind him is firing a Sterling or some variant of one. If you watch, he inserts the magazine into the side of the receiver. And yes, it is unusual that a Sterling is jamming. Not unusual if it is one made from a piece of decaled tubing.
