My brother is about to move from Arizona to california I know some models of the tec9 are illegal here, he has a intraTec DC9 he is wondering if there's anyway to make it California compliant/legal in this state or does he have to keep it in Arizona at our grandparents house? Sorry if this was a stupid question.

If it isn't on the list, he will need to do the following:

Add a bullet button before bringing it here, and only have ten round mags for it. Then he will have to register it with the DOJ. If it is on the list, nothing can be done to make it legal here.
