Nice! Those RIA's are tough to beat for the price. My brother and his brother-in-law have RIA's(bro has an officer size, BIL has fill size tactical). They've never missed a beat, and at least in my noob hands shoot just as well as my Sig 1911 does.

I have shot them before and they shoot just as accurate as my Sig 1911 Tac Ops and buddies Colt Gold Cup 1911!

Grips = hideous...but the most important thing is that they fit your hand.

Congrats on your 1911. With proper grip technique, you should have a solid grip without the need for finger grooves. I'm sure you'll end up buying several sets of grips, 1911's are too beautiful to just have one set.

I got the same gun, but I do not like the grips either. I put Hogues with the palm swell on mine. Have fun
