    Very nice Custom Carry and great review. It's kind of funny, the file marks inside the slide sort of give it the character of a hand made pistol. There's a lot of minor imperfections in my Baers, they're all on the inside but the guns work very, very well.

    Hope you enjoy your Baer and I look forward to your range report.

        I also don't mind the hand tooling marks... my PII insides reminds me of the insides of the CZs we have (SP-01 and 97B). All 3 have that in common and all 3 shoot very nicely. My Sig 1911 doesn't have any kind of tooling mark, but it doesn't shoot as well. Well, >>I<< can't shoot it as well as my Baer and CZs.

        I don't mind tooling marks as long as their only visible when you strip the gun

            I've always fondled the Baers at Ammo Bros. I wonder since the slide has been racked multiple times by customers that it helps loosen it up, but I don't think they lube the display models.
