Single Action gunsmith needed in SoCal

I have an old Italian SAA clone in .45 that needs some TLC. The pawl that advances the cylinder seems broken. Anyone know of a gunsmith that knows his/her way around an old cowboy clone? I am in the San Gabriel Valley.
    Thanks,
    Jason

Try Pete at Bain & Davis. They are in San Gabriel (new location on San Gabriel Blvd. and Broadway).

The pawl has a flat spring on the backside, and if full of crud, will not spring out. Did you try spray cleaner in the pawl window in the frame?

Maybe American Gun Works in Glendale can help.

        Give them a try.

        Good luck!

Gunslingers in Glendora is really into the Cowboy Action Guns. The owner is Jeff Taverner.
I would call Jeff and ask him for a recommendation.
              Good luck.
