Just fired 200 rounds of WWB through the P-07 today without a hiccup. I'm happy to report this gun is accurate and a very smooth shooter. Things I noticed the locking block started getting warm and the top of the trigger also. I know people had issues with bulging in the older CZ 75 P-07 duty I'm hoping I won't experience the superficial bulge since this is an updated version.


60 rounds @ 12 yards with probably 8 DA shots in there the sights are 6 o'clock hold or I'm shooting low POA was top of the 10 zone.

Between your Glock and the CZ P07 in DA, which has the shorter trigger reach?

Probably the Glock when the the P07 is in DA and probably the P07 when its in SA but its close. When one is in the chamber and decocked the DA trigger is a bit farther back than when hammer is down completely like in the pictures above. The CZ does seem to have more takeup after reset it also has the most audible tactile reset of any other gun I've shot besides a Glock. Which isn't a big deal when your firing quickly but something I like when shooting for accuracy YMMV.

Waiting for my Cajun Gun Work DA/SA reset trigger kit. The P-07 makes me appreciate the Sig Pro 2022 DA trigger even more.

CZ and CGW customer service are top notch.

How would you compare the triggers of the p07 and 2022?

I think it's the p09 you can't get 10 round mags for.

10 round magazines do not exist for these or the P09. The only way is to get the FFL doing the SSE to block the factory mags or in the case of the P07, the P01 mags will work but will not fit flush.

You can buy a P07 that ships with 10 round magazines also because they are sold in states that have the same limited magazine capacity as CA. I've heard CZ 75 magazines work with the P07 also.

I never looked into the p09 so I don't know about magazines for that model.
