I purchased a NIB unfired HK USP 45 Expert from someone in Ohio on GunBroker.com. When I fieldstripped the pistol to clean it I noticed a flaw in the frame above the slide release lever. I returned the pistol to HK and they said they were not sure what caused the damage or if it was a casting flaw but they will send out a replacement pistol today. If Heckler & Koch sends me a new pistol will I have to deliver it to a FFL and have it DROSED?
