How in the world did you get a Gen 4? I thought they were banned in California.

You can still PPT Gen 4 glocks as well.

Personally I find Gen 4's more accurate vs Gen 3. This is strictly myself shooting G19's offhand...I do shoot a lot of both Gen 3 and Gen 4

How do you aim pistol sights at 50 yards.....doesn't the sight cover up the target? Or do you use a six o'clock hold?

But yes, as others said, it's still possible to get Gen 4s in CA.

Yeah, at 50 yards I'm mostly aiming at the cardboard backer. The front sight completely covers an 8.5x11 sheet of paper at that distance, so you have to get a consistent sight picture with something bigger.
