Just wondering how to upload photos without it being an attachment link so they can be viewed without clicking a link.

You need to host the image on a site like photobucket, flickr, or even facebook. Get the hyperlink location and use this button.

Host photo with www.imageshack.us or any other host..

Then put HTML into your reply like this

[Img*]blahblahblah[/img*]

With out the *'s.

Postimage.org is another good hosting site. I found it to be a little more user friendly than photo bucket.

And it does not require any other hosting site. Just your photos and following the step-by-step instructions. It does have limitations though. Try it.

I just set up a postimage.org account to try this and I'm not having any success.

There's a few choices to copy; Link, Direct Link, Thumbnail for Forum1, Thumbnail for Forum2, Hotlink for Forum1, Hotlink for Forum2, AAAAGHH!!

Just upload your photo and they will give you the URL code and paste that code into the calguns Insert Image box

+1 for photobucket.. just remember to remove the [IMG] at the beginning and end of the picture to clean it up a little, it minor but you will see what I mean.

Upload Images & Videos

1. Click Upload in the menu at the top if it is not already selected.

2. Enter the File location, or click Browse... to look for the image or video file on your computer.

3. Choose the File Type.

4. Resize the image to "Message Board".

5. Click UPLOAD NOW! to upload your image or video.
