My father wants to transfer one of his 2-shot derringers into my name. We are in the process of filling out the paperwork, but have run into a small problem. We have to enter a category for the firearm, but it doesn't seem to fit any of them. The options are "Bolt Action, Lever Action, Pump Action, Revolver, Semi-Automatic, or Single Shot".
It seems like single shot would be most appropriate, but we aren't sure. Do any of you know the procedure for this? Has anybody transferred a two-shot derringer using this paperwork? Thanks!
