    Bolt Action Pistol?

    I need some help here...

I'm familiar with the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale in CA.

However, while I know that single-action revolvers are exempt, does anyone know if Bolt Action Pistols are exempt?

An example of a newly available bolt action pistol would be the Crickett Firearms .22LR or .22WMR pistols

Adding in: Found a post from 2007 that noted:
"No problem in CA. It is off list but exempt because it is a single shot. So just the usual DROS"

    Still wondering about:
Also, any other bolt action pistols that are currently being manufactured (except for HS Precision)???

    Thank you!
    -Mike

    Bolt-action pistols are not exempt.

The Crickett Firearms 22 Hunter Pistol is a bolt-action single-shot pistol that meets the single-shot pistol exemption.
