    HSC cost?

I just recently purchased a handgun through a fellow calgun member and had to take the HSC test as this would be my first firearm/handgun. I took the test and passed just fine and filled out the rest of the paper work, in the end the total cost of the transfer came to $60, but my receipt only shows the $35 ppt fee, so does the HSC cost $25 to get the certification?

That is correct. $35.00 PPT plus $25.00 HSC =$60.00

I'm exempt from the HSC test and fee since I'm an "active reservist"...FTW.
