1911 hammer strut question

Hello all, I have a ria 1911 .45 and noticed the bottom of the hammer sear scratched off the hammer strut paint and now I can see the steel silver. Is this normal, if I rub my finger nail it feels smooth, no damage, it just looks like the hammer sear rubs, I just started breaking it in. It doesn't continue to get bigger. It doesn't seem to rub anymore just in the beginning of breaking it in. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Sounds like normal break-in.
If the contact areas have scratches or gouges then you should check for burrs or other interference problems.

Ya no scratches. Just that one spot. It's stays same size. Never gets bigger.
