Gusmith installed CZ75B Barrel Bushing

I want to get Calguns members' opinions on an issue: is the barrel bushing on my CZ 75 B fitted correctly to the barrel? See pic below. I don't think it is, but the gunsmith in Orange County was well recommended. I still have the receipt, but just want to make sure that others agree with me first.
You can see that the barrel does not even come close to being centered in the bushing.
And no, I did not point the gun at my face when I took the photo.

That does not appear to be a correct fit. CZ bushings are notoriously difficult to fit properly. They do not just "drop in".

is the recoil spring rod modified ? my 75b's have the short rod.

Why did it have to be replaced in the first place and why didn't you send it to CZ to have them do it? It's not going to be as tight as an Accu bushing but I don't think it should have that much play.

That looks so jacked up. In my opinion that gunsmith did a crappy job.

I have the CZ75B armorers book (also the one for the P01 and SP01) and they talk about crooked barrel bushing and if they are not aligned right then to take it to a CZ certified armorer.

I wouldn't even shoot that gun.

That looks like a 75b .40 slide to me.Mine has the longer steel rod and looks very similar minus the bushing.That bushing doesnt look right though.

Hey OP, I just checked my SP-01 and from the looks of your pic, yours seems to have a lot more "gap/space".

Sorry OP, but your bushing install reminds me of the pic of the retarded bear pancake that says "kill me". Definitely send it to CZ next time.
