You can heat the kydex with a hair dryer and reduce/increase the tension. It is held mostly in the trigger guard area and the ejection port. You can google or youtube "change hybrid retention" and you'll get more videos to watch than you'll need to understand how easy it is. Here are the basic steps:
1) Unload firearm and then verify and unload again. Remove all ammunition and loaded mags from the remove.
2) Verify the firearm is unloaded and no mag in the magwell.
3) place the gun in the hostler
4) place damp washcloths over the holster so that the only exposed sections are the trigger guard and ejection port.
5) heat the kydex with the blow dryer while constantly moving the dryer so it doesn't heat one area for too long at one time.
6) You'll see when the kydex becomes hot and malleable, it'll have a shine to it and will naturally start to "lift/straighten".
7) Stop applying heat when the kydex is malleable and it will naturally lose some of it's retention.
8) allow the kydex to cool, and then check the new retention level.
9a) If the retention is still too tight, repeat steps 1-8.
9b) If the retention is now too loose, repeat steps 1-7, only gently increase the indent on the inside of the trigger guard and around the ejection port.
Now you can change the holster to meet your retention preferences.
