For Glocks: SAFE-DRAW (Don't Be "That" Guy)

Haha! I didn't know these existed. Is it really that common (a.k.a. Glock Leg) that some company had to invent this?

I suppose some people would benefit from that. I guess? Only time I've ever heard of people shooting themselves (on accident) with a semi that's not a 1911 was when they were using a serpa holster. And even those cases seems to be shrouded in "he said he knew a guy who talked to a guy who saw someone..."
As the great warrior poet Ice Cube once said "If the day does not require an AK, it is good."

Finger on trigger, Safety off. Finger off trigger, Safety on. If you don't trust yourself enough and have to get one of these for your Glock, you should not be using one period.

This is how NY City trains their officers and why they have 12 pound triggers on their Glocks.

It’s always fun to watch (from behind cover) people with poor firearms handling techniques.

For example, you can be that person that is used to a 12 pound trigger, never trained properly to not touch the trigger until ready to shoot. Then when the day comes a stranger at the range lets you shoot his fancy competition handgun with a 3.5 trigger you both can laugh when the gun discharges the moment you pick it up because you allowed yourself to train without trigger awareness.

Correct execution of actions in "Stressful" situations are reinforced my motor memory, not equipment handicaps.

If you are stupid enough to pull the trigger while drawing a Glock, or any other pistol or revolver, then you are to stupid to carry a gun. It is not accidental or negligent, it is just stupid.

Col Jeff Cooper said stay away from stupid people.

Should be marketed for people who use SERPA holsters, not Glock owners.

I use SERPA holsters, and have for years (both duty and CQC), In that time, after countless draws and I don't know how much live fire training, I have never placed or had my finger come close to touching the trigger before I made the conscious decision to place it there.

I have no idea why some people blame a holster, when it's the person operating the firearm that pulls the trigger.

When some idiot shoots themselves in the leg, I don't blame the gun, or the holster. I blame the idiot.
