Not at all. Has to do with prices of brand new ones. And let's face it when someone says 500 rounds it's usually more. At the same time he was offered this I had a brand new one for sale for 1400. IMO it's worth an extra 100 bucks for new. 1200 would be a better deal and 1100 is a great deal.
