MY NEW PISTOL

I picked up the Talon 5" yesterday and shot 250 rounds through it at Angeles Range. Well I didn't shoot it all myself I let a few of the working staff up there shoot the pistol, who knows when you will get the chance to shoot a $2700.00 pistol, right? Anyway this pistol shoots better then any of us and at 7 yards its a solid tac driver at zero and if you have flaws like I do and push the shot it will let you know that by the hole placement in the target. I shoot my rifle alot better then my pistols I guess I need practice. These are my targets the first time I ever shot a 1911 45 cal pistol and the last two targets #6, #7 I need more practice at 7 yards.

Yes, you need to practice your trigger control.

Wow. That's one nice handgun. I think I might be able to get one if I sell my whole gun collection, lol.

But yeah, some dryfire / snapcap practice will really help you with trigger control.

No I was going from the holstered or low position up to a two hand hold at eye level then releasing the thumb safety and putting my finger on the trigger then squeezing off one round. I have never used a pistol with the thumb safety such as a 1911 style so I am becomeing familiar with it. I just need practice.
