Took my son's scout troop shooting today and after they were done and gone I broke out my new Kahr PM9 and popped off around a hundred rounds of CCI and Wolf FMJ 9mm. Like a Zippo it worked every time. Didn't try it out for grouping but I did notice it shoot low. So far my impression is good and later I will try out some +p and HP rounds to see how it eats them.

I have a feeling after you have some more time with it, it won't be shooting low. I have had mine for six years and every time I shoot it/qualify with it, it amazes me at how accurate it is. Especially since I'm not a huge fan of the long trigger pull and reset. But it continues to be my back up gun, because it's reliable and I shoot it so darn well.Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you. -
Worst mistake I ever made was buying the wife a PM 9. It's real hard on my ego seeing her shoot those small groups at 15 yrds. Makes me cry.Only slaves don't need guns

I have one waiting for me at the LGS. Only 3 more months until it comes home. Damn the CA 1 in 30! Glad to hear it's a good shooter. All posts dedicated to the memory of Stronzo Bestiale

It was just what I could get at the storeOriginally posted by NotreGunsCongratulations. May I ask what made you choose the PM9 over the CM9? Also, I know some complain about reliability...was that a concern & something you are personally trying to overcome?
apparently the CM9 is harder to find
as for reliability mine worked fine when I shot itJohn P. Hermesmeyer
