Glock 17 mags:gen3 + 4 interchangable?

Are gen 3 and gen 4 mags for the Glock 17 interchangeable? And if not do you know where to get some gen 3 mags?

They are interchangeable, I think you can even use Gen 4 mags in Gen 1 Glocks.

Gen 4 mags work just fine in Gen 3. The only difference I can tell on mine is there is an extra notch on Gen 4 mags for use with a Gen 4 Glock where you're flipped it to left handed controls (Gen 4 lets you swap the mag release button to the opposite side for lefties, you will need the Gen 4 mags if you do that, otherwise all mags are good).
