CA compliant ones and new - yes. I believe most, if not all, SA 1911's do IIRC.

They do not have a magazine disconnect. They will have an LCI, but it is simply just a small slit cut in the barrel hood to let you visualize whether or not a round is in the chamber.

It will likely have an ILS mainspring housing, but you can easily replace the ILS with non-ILS internals or even replace the entire mainspring housing/magwell so you don't have the keyhole for the ILS key.
