They've told me "yes" once, and "no" twice, the most recent time was "no", so that's what I'm basing my expectation off of.

Who knows, they might John Kerry themselves again.

I was excited when I read about the p250. After handling one at a shop, the DAO REALLY turned me off. Oh well. That doesn't mean it doesn't deserve to be in CA regardless. I'm not optimistic about Sig manufacturing to CA standards.

This was the response I got from John as Sig a month or so ago.

"the 250 will be submitted next year to california. we are waiting for 10 round mags."

We'll just have to wait and see. I dont really care anymore though, I decided against buying one.

The "rep" will say anything you want to hear. but for the most part they do not know there arse from a hole in the ground when it comes to this part of the business.
