Night sight ID help

I bought a used set of night sights for a Sig. They are marked "MH3" and below that is "AG". Anyone know the manufacture of these? I was going to stick them on my P226, but I would rather install them on my SigPro if they will fit. Also anyone in the High Desert/Inland Empire have a sig sight pusher?

Those are factory Sig which I think use Meps...MH3 is the chemical compound.. and Ag is the date code of 06.

Yep, sigs use Meprolight.
