1911 SIG XO

I recently just bought a Sig xo and i cast my own bullets. i was wondering if i could or should shoot lead bullets out of it. thank you in advance.

Sure, it has standard rifling.. if it as a Glock or HK with polygonal it's a different situation

I had a sig XO and mainly shot 230gr LCRN out of it without any problems.

I shoot a hundred or so 200gr LSWC's out of my SIG 1911 every trip it takes.

I have friends that have never shot a single jacketed bullet out of their 1911.

Since you are making your own, you probably know how to slug your barrel and determine the correct sizing.
