Had no problems. Bob is actually a great guy to deal with. I was looking into getting another gun from him, the Springfield XD 45ACP but he could only get them in HC models. So we worked something out where he'll send the gun to me in cali, and send the magazines to my house in Vegas. BUT I believe that his store is closed for a month due to military ops.Hope this helps.
